A 25% non-refundable deposit is
required to confirm any booking made. Any booking made less than one
calendar month prior to your intended holiday will require payment in
full. We are willing to accept UK cheques, but unfortunately due to
bank processing charges, we have to ask for a €35.00 surcharge.
Any and all balances are due and payable on arrival.

Your gite will be available for you from
4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on
your morning of departure. We are very happy to store your
luggage for you should you have a later ferry or flight.
Please note that the gite is strictly non-smoking
although we have no objection to smoking in the garden. We would
however ask you to dispose of any cigarette or cigar butts properly
and not throw them onto the ground.
Because of our location in the countryside,
the gite has its own self contained fosse septic and we would ask you
to refrain from using any anti-bacterial cleaners or non fosse
friendly products. Anything that goes down the drain or toilet must
be completely bio-degradable.
The use of the accommodation, grounds,
equipment or other amenities is entirely at your risk and we accept
no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests
personally, their belongings or vehicles howsoever caused.
You are strongly advised to arrange
suitable travel insurance before your arrival in France.
